The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability has held multiple open houses and informational sessions.  Comments from the public are accepted until August 15th via this survey.

After hearing the various viewpoints the board will hear comments, as time permits, from attendees and then deliberate on whether to submit testimony on the topic.

The board may choose to send no comment, endorse the proposal, endorse the Portland for Everyone proposal, endorse the minority report, oppose the proposal, or send a custom recommendation.   A summary of the various positions is available here for convenience.

Regardless of the outcome of this meeting, neighbors are encouraged to learn about the project and submit the Residential Infill Project survey before August 15th.
