All About the SNA Yard Sale

We’ve been getting requests for years to do a neighborhood-wide yard sale. We’re finally doing it! This special event will take place at the end of September, when everyone is back from summer travel. This is the perfect time to declutter, clearing out unwanted items from your basement or garage. Everything is fair game: books, clothes, board games, puzzles, bikes, toys, garden equipment, planting cuttings, and even furniture. One person’s junk is another one’s treasure! There will be a yard sale at Sunnyside Environmental School at the same time, making this a great shopping event for folks from all over Portland. Tell your friends and family to come shop!

This is a great opportunity to:

• Find amazing treasures at great prices from your neighbors.
• Declutter your home and turn your unwanted items into cash.
• Be a part of your Neighborhood Association, and help us raise funds for future fun events.
• Connect with fellow residents and enjoy a day filled with community spirit.

We require a $25 donation to help cover our printing and event costs. Any leftover funds will be used for future SNA projects or events. Your home will be added to the online map as well as a paper map that we’ll print and distribute at participating homes and local businesses. NOTE: if you want to be included on the paper map, the deadline for registration is Sept. 20th.
