- Six NETs attended our election meeting. Glenn C. Devitt was appointed team leader for a two-year term.
- Our special event, Magnitude 7.9 Nepal Earthquake: The Firsthand Experience of Dr. Erin Moore, was a great success. Sixty-three people attended, including representatives of 23 different NET teams from around the city.

Sunnyside Land Use & Transportation Meeting

Our Neighborhood Land Use & Transportation Committee meetings have changed times to:
First Tuesday of every month from 7-8pm
Southeast Uplift, 3534 SE Main St, Portland, OR 97214.
**Unfortunately the 7-8pm time slot was not available for July 5th, which will be from 5:30-6:30pm**
The agenda for the July meeting is focused on safety in our neighborhood greenways. We will hear a presentation by Terry Dublinski-Milton – Greenway Diverters, Why and Where.
After the presentation there will be a discussion about the Good Neighbor Agreement with Laurelhurst Village.

SNA Board “Retreat” – Special Board Meeting
The Sunnyside Neighborhood Association Board will meet on Tuesday June 7, 2016 from 7-9PM at “The Roost” in the Sunnyside Community House at 3520 SE Yamhill St.
This meeting is the annual “board retreat” where the 2016-17 board will discuss priorities and assignment of duties and executive positions. No votes on executive positions, committee chairs, or representatives will be taken at this meeting.
