Join us this Wednesday, September 9th for our next general meeting. We will have representatives from both the primary driver of the initiative, My 2 Cents PDX, and the opposition group Protect Our City Services to discuss this initiative, which will require the city to award 2% of the city’s discretionary funds each year to projects proposed by and voted on by Portlanders.
