Belmont Street Fair

The annual Belmont Street Fair is back, bringing the community together to celebrate local creators, musicians, performers and chefs! The fair will be held on Saturday, September 10th from 1-5 p.m. For more info and volunteer opportunities, visit belmontdistrict.org/belmont-street-fair.

SE 31st Ave. Closure Announcement

Due to ongoing construction of the 62-unit apartment building at 3031 SE Hawthorne Blvd, SE 31st Ave. will be closed to thru-traffic at the north side of intersection with SE Hawthorne for 10-16 months.
